Refund Policy
RETURN, REFUND, and REPLACEMENT POLICY FOR SUBSCRIPTION ORDERS
All subscription sales are final, with the exception of damaged or missing items.
If a product is defective or if something is missing or damaged, the customer is responsible for contacting Southern Cactus Co within 30 days of receiving the product via email at monica @southerncactusco.com. We will send you a new item or credit your account.
If a subscription order or item within the subscription order was not received, the customer must contact Southern Cactus Co within 30 days of the tracking number being generated in order to investigate further.
SUBSCRIPTION POLICY
Subscriptions renew on the 1st of each month. If you subscribe before the 7th of the month, your method of payment will be charged on the day you subscribe and then on the 1st of every month thereafter. If you subscribe after the 7th, you will receive the following month’s box and your payment will be charged on the day that you subscribe and then on the 1st of every month thereafter.
Once your renewal processes, it cannot be canceled. Please note – cancellation requests must be received 14 days before your billing date (1st of the month) or you will be charged for the following month. You may cancel by emailing monica @southerncactusco.com and include CANCEL in the subject line.
